Joe Kiser
Designated Broker
Joe has been with John L. Scott for over 15 years. He started his real estate journey as a broker in the Lynnwood office. He has handled thousands of transactions involving both buyers and sellers of residential real estate, therefore bringing a wealth of knowledge to our team. He is and has remained as a top producer during his entire career despite challenging markets as well as flourishing ones. His dedication is second to none. This helped him become a co-owner for the Ballard, Bothell, Mukilteo, Vashon, and Westwood offices.
Kelly Nutt
Managing Broker
Kelly has been with John L. Scott for over 14 years. He is a graduate from the University of Washington, and has lived his whole life in the Seattle area. Kelly is our managing broker at the Bothell office. He works closely with our brokers to help them successfully grow their business through coaching and business development. He has remained a top producer throughout his real estate career. Kelly also serves on the Board of Directors for Realtors®.
Jen Knox
Managing Broker
Jen comes to us with 8+ years of Real Estate and Management experience and is an amazing asset to our Leadership Team!
We will collaborate with Jen in exciting ways to grow our team, provide diverse and relevant training opportunities, and get involved in our local communities!
Livy White
Transaction Coordinator
Livy serves as Transaction Coordinator for our clients. She prides herself on making our client’s transactions flow smoothly and seamlessly. Livy is responsible for managing each component of every transaction as we work towards a successful close. Her knowledge of John L. Scott, the local real estate market, organizational skills and her consistent customer service benefits each and every one of our clients.
Kim is both our Listing Coordinator as well as a marketing specialist for our offices. She is responsible for managing each listing into the NWMLS and creates marketing materials for the property. Kim strives to work closely with our agents to ensure our listings run smoothly. Kim is a great addition to our team and excels in customer service.
Natalie Trius
Events Coordinator
Natalie is the Virtual Executive Administrator. Duties include assisting with managing the daily operations of the offices, planning events, general administrative duties for executives, managing all social media pages, as well as collaborating with all team members.
Josiah Melton
Listing Coordinator
Josiah supports our brokers from the moment they receive a listing to the time it goes live on the MLS. This includes acting as a second set of eyes to ensure documents are received, filled out properly, and signed in all the right places as well as creating marketing pieces to showcase the property. Josiah’s eye for design, organizational skills & love for helping others make him an ideal fit for this role!
