Hi, I am Jason Fox your Meadowdale Tour Guide.
This is Joe Kiser and we are The Madrona Group of John L. Scott Real Estate.
We would like to welcome you to the Meadowdale neighborhood.
Meadowdale is a unique neighborhood in that it lies in both Edmonds and Lynnwood WA.
On the east side of Meadowdale you will find many starter homes with the price generally increasing as you head west, with many luxury homes on the coast.
Meadowdale offers new construction and established neighborhoods and many homes have views of the mountains and Puget Sound.
Meadowdale is best known for it’s highly rated schools and world class parks.
There is a Meadowdale High School, Middle School, and Elementary School, and the newly remodeled Lynndale elementary.
Directly adjacent to the huge Lynndale Park with little league playfields, tennis courts, play areas, and a skate park.
My favorite is the Meadowdale Beach Park where you can get a nice hike in and spend a relaxing day with my family at the Meadowdale beach.
Joe likes to ride his Harley to Haines Wharf Park and enjoy the Puget Sound view.
There are 8 parks in the small community with miles of wooded trails to get fresh air, excersice, or walk your dog.
Sometimes I like to take our Min-Pin, Bain, to the off-leash dog park and let him get some excercise with his friends.
There are also great eateries, grocery stores, and coffee shops in the area to enjoy.
